All of our products are USDA Farm Bill Compliant. What does this mean? In 2018, there was a revisions made to the USDA Farm Bill stating that hemp products containing less than .3% THC are legal to be sold under federal law. While this may seem like a strict ban, it actually helped pave the way for high quality products to enter once illegal markets.

Although Hemp and THCA is commonly given a negative connotation, all of the products we sell are the same, if not much better than products you'd find on the street or in a dispensary elsewhere. THCA is a precursor for THC. Meaning when TCHA is heated, it will turn into THC. All flower, Hemp or Marijuana, is coated in THCA crystals, NOT THC. This means that our products are no different than any other products you may find in a dispensary or on the street.

Many consider this a loop hole in the Farm Bill, but legal cases and proposed regulatory structure prove that this law has been embraced by the state and that there is a large push in the government to protect this industry.
